Our mission is to promote the sustainable management of the natural environment affecting the Manawatu River catchment and the Horowhenua District.

By becoming a member you will be:

• Contributing to local & nationwide campaigns such as raising awareness of local and regional government and the general public to the pollution in our waterways

• Writing submissions to local government

• Writing letters and articles to the media

• Liaising with other environmental groups

• Assisting WECA to lobby local and central government on local and national environmental issues.

This is a grassroots movement for community members who are concerned about our natural environment and are interested in best regenerative, innovative practices to restore our waterways.
