It’s been sometime since we communicated with you. The committee has been busy doing submissions for the HDC 20 Year Plan and the HRC 10 year Plan, both of which are available on the submissions page. In addition we have been working on getting other groups (Iwi, Forest & Bird, Fish & Game) together to get a consensus on an approach to HDC’s resource consent for the Pot. We’ll keep you updated on this through our new website. Details of the website/Facebook will be sent out next week and we hope this will be the future way that we’ll keep you informed about what we’ve done, are doing and hope to be doing.

Membership

We’re into another year and membership fees are now due. An application form is available. We have dropped the annual fees to $5 NZD. To have a strong voice we need as many members as possible. Your $5 will help, if you can afford more we would be grateful.
